How to Submit Your Request:

Snooze App:
- Log into your MySnooze Bennyfits App.
- Tap "Scan Receipt to Earn Jacks" under the Rewards tab.
- Scan the barcode on your receipt.
No Receipt? Let’s See What We Can Do!
If you’ve misplaced your receipt, we may still be able to help. Send us the following details via our Contact Us form:
- The last 4 digits of the card you used
- The date of your visit, the exact total, and the restaurant location.
We’ll do our best to track down your visit and get back to you within 24-48 hours.
What If My Receipt Doesn’t Have a Barcode?
If your receipt is missing a barcode, it might be the wrong receipt or a digital one. First, check your account history to see if Jacks were automatically added:
- Snooze App: Rewards Tab > Program Details > View Account History
If you’re having trouble, contact Snooze Guest Relations via our Contact Us form. Attach your finalized itemized receipt or share details like the restaurant location, date, time, and items ordered. We’ll respond within 24-48 hours.
